Call to Action Follow up Invitation

Berkshire West Clinical Commissioning Groups are planning a second series of ‘Call to Action’ events across the area in the coming weeks. The events are your chance to join doctors, nurses, and representatives from the NHS, local authorities and others to have your say in planning local health services for the next five years.

At the heart of these events is our response to the views expressed by people in the ‘Call to Action’ that took place in Autumn 2013. We have taken some key themes that emerged and will be asking you for your views on how a number of key service areas might look in the future.

‘Call to Action’ events fill up quickly, and booking in advance is essential. There are a number of evening events and one during the day, so we hope you will find a time and venue to suit your needs:

  • Wokingham CCG. Oakwood Centre, Woodley, 18th March 2014, 10am-12.30pm.
  • Newbury and District CCG, Donnington Valley Hotel, Old Oxford Road, Newbury RG14 3AG, 20th March 2014, 7-9pm
  • South Reading CCG and North and West Reading CCG: Meadow Suite, Park House, University of Reading, Whiteknights, Reading RG6 6AQ, 29th April 2014, 7-9pm

If you would like to attend one of these events, please email or call 0118 982 2709 as soon as possible.

If you can’t attend, you can also have your say by taking part in our online survey, which will be live from mid-March, at,,,
